Delivery times: deliveries are made within one working day beginning on the day after sending ;
Cost: packages up to 15 kg cost Euro 7.50.

Deliveries in ITALY via the ITALIAN MAIL SERVICE
Delivery times: deliveries are made within three working days beginning from the day after sending according to the distance involved .
Deliveries are made in 4-5 days in some particular areas.
Cost: packages up to 30kg cost Euro 6.50.

Deliveries in ITALY paid COD
COD payments must be made on delivery of the goods in question. The following additional charges are applied:
Euro 7.50 for deliveries by SDA Express Courier or Euro 3.00 for deliveries by Italian Mail.

Delivery throughout Italy is FREE OF CHARGE for purchases over Euro 150.00.

Delivery times.
In Europe: deliveries are made within 1-3 days according to the country involved and excluding any time required for customs procedures.
Non-European countries: deliveries are made within 2-5 days according to the country involved and excluding any time required for customs procedures.
Delivery costs: costs vary according to the location and package weight involved. Countries are divided into four groups:
Group one - Europe and Mediterranean countries Euro 25,00
Group two - Eastern Europe, Africa, USA and Canada Euro 55,00
Group three - Asia, Central and South America and Africa Euro 70,00
Group four - Australia and South America Euro 85,00

ORDINARY MAIL
Delivery times: deliveries are made within fifteen- twenty working days depending on the country of destination. Delivery costs: costs vary according to the location and package weight involved. Countries are divided into four groups:
Group one - Europe and Mediterranean countries Euro 20,00
Group two - Eastern Europe, Africa, USA and Canada Euro 35,00
Group three - Asia, Central and South America and Africa Euro 50,00
Group four - Australia and South America Euro 55,00

Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for purchases over Euro 250.00 (group one), Euro 350.00 (group two), Euro 400.00 (group three) and Euro 500.00 (group four) and is made via ordinary mail.
Products sold in Europe (excluding Italy) and throughout the world are exempt from 20% VAT.
Customers in European Union Member Countries must provide the taxpayers code or VAT code of their country.

Deliveries to Israel, El Salvador, Hungary and Cuba may arrive at the post office rather than the address of the person in question.
Times Delivery times may vary in particular areas. Sundays and Bank Holidays are excluded.
